The inflatable bag is an old method.  My dad had one for our '48 chevy wagon.  I've got one now.  It doesn't work with a dual exhaust.

 I once saw a man blow up a car inner tube until it burst.  He used his mouth.
 I'll bet he could lift a car that way.

Okay, I found it on google.  It had been a long time since I saw it on TV and it looks like a tube from a model T
 or model A.  When it burst it knocked him down.
