forgot pass word

So this isn't good .............. anyone help with retrieving my pass word or creating a new one?
I have to change a few things like email address and such in my profile page.

Logout. Then click login, then click forgot password. It will send an email.

Yup I know that but the problem is I have a new email address and everything is being sent to my old obsolete address????
Kind of a catch 22 from my seat.....   :sad:

I can reset it. Just email me what you want it to be and I can change your email address and password for you.

When I go to log in my pass word is hidden but is there as soon as I log in my user name?
When it comes to this I guess I'm missing something.......... .....
