New Moto Guzzi dealer, San Jose, CA!

Some good news ... Spirit motorcycles in San Jose, CA has become a Moto Guzzi dealer (and Aprilia too).

I'm not associated with these guys, but got an email ... Grand Opening on Sept 29th, demo rides, door prices, food. 

They also say new Guzzi's on the way (so they will be selling them before 9/29). 

They were already an Indian and Triumph dealer.   Never bought anything from them, but hopefully they will be a good dealer for us. :)

Just stopped by this dealership yesterday (9/17), and they have Moto Guzzis for sale now!

I asked about service and how that would work ... they said they sent their head mechanic with 20 years of experience to some training class.

So now I need to quiz this mechanic ...
1) what years of the 8V 1200cc have flat tappets?
2) what does rollerised mean? 
3) do you have to re-torque the heads on a V7 iii motor

 

But great to have a dealer ~15 minutes away!

I'd ask him "when are you going to own one?"
