Mk3 Le Mans Air forks
« on: September 18, 2018, 11:40:49 AM »
Just been putting higher bars on my wife's Mk3 Le Mans, the balance pipe for the air assisted forks in damaged so there is no air and no balance, is this a big deal? Can I replace it with any pipe of the same diameter? Can't seem to find any reference on this site or any other. Part number 26 52 96 50 is the beast, thanks in anticipation

The air pressure in those dampers only effects the damping (more pressure = firmer), so I wouldn't worry about it.
