This is really a travel book. It describes my personal journey through triple bypass surgery and my eventual return to all the things I enjoyed before clogged arteries and creeping angina slowed me down. More accurately, it�s a hiking and motorcycle travel book, because as soon as I was able to walk any distance and ride again, I was either off in the woods or exploring backroads on a variety of generally elderly motorbikes. Towards the end of the book, you will find there�s far more about motorbikes, hiking and travel and not much about heart trouble."
