I'm looking for some front turn signals for my 74' Eldo, any suggestions? Thanks, and Merry Christmas!

If you want to go with as close to original as possible, use these brackets:
http://www.mgcycle.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=37_156&products_id=2538
and mount either reproduction or genuine Lucas signals such as these:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/LUCAS-TURN-SIGNAL-SHORT-REAR-SET-54057553-60-4105-56605-TRIUMPH-BSA-NORTON/272355404371?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649
The originals had just a short, hollow stud, not a long stem. You can fairly easily shorten the supplied stem, or go more original by removing the stem, tapping the body to 7/16-14, sourcing or making a hollow stud approx. 50 mm long, and 7/16-14 jam nuts.
But, with those brackets, there are lots of choices you can mount up. Repro vintage Harley signals are pretty nice:

You can wire them up as running lights as well.
Tons of other types, just depends on what you like.

With the addition of the proper brackets you could also mount the police-style Dietz turn signals (if that's your thing).

[Shameless plug: I just so happen to have some of the original Dietz dual lens turn signals. <cough, cough> PM if interested. Like these, but new and less expensive:
