(yes, it's a pseudo-roundfin and as a consequence its a...sort of...tonti/spine frame chimera as well.

a lot of craft went into this build. i respect that. i would change a few things but mainly i find the look of all that aluminum on the lower end to be be distracting from the line of the bike.

props to their level of craft though - whether you like the bike or not.

I like it. I would prefer a more normal exhaust.

Also - I would also lose the extra light and paint the front fairing the same color as the tank (and add a cool front fender- either aluminum to match the belly pan or white to match the rest of the bodywork).

Also also - spoked wheels.

Also also also - mount the body flush with the frame - not raised up like that.

Doesn't work for me...I can appreciate the work but it looks like the bodywork and frame for a totally different bike with a Guzzi powerplant photoshopped in...no harmony...my 2 cents...

Interesting air filters.

Agree on the second headlight - yuck!

Needs fenders.

Exhaust isn't too bad, but should extend out the back. At least point it to the rear like real racing machines. The exhaust needs to fill the low pressure area behind, besides offering some extra push.

The tail section and back of the seat don't look right - too minimal.

Too much white. The frame should probably be contrasting? I don't know what would fix it, but there's too much white.

Nice quality build - as others have already said - but I'd re-do a few things if it was mine.

funny how some of the small stuff bugs me. those fat circular tig welds around the locking mechanism for the side covers just bother me. the welds are too fat and out of proportion to the size of the locking face. tig welding aluminum is tricky - i would have lowered the amperage and used a smaller dia. electrode and smaller filler wire. if for whatever reason i had to do a fat bead like that i would have ground it down so that the bead didn't catch your eye. funny how the small stuff grabs your attention. i don't much like the switch gear either - too cartoonish for my taste - probably easy to use when you are in the obligatory barking dog riding position but its not for me. the paint - i'm ok with the white on white but maybe white for the larger bits and a slight tinge of beige for the frame...or, or ...one of those old timey edible looking creamy grey colors that porsche once used.

I'll agree the aluminum welds are poor in execution and globbed on. This would never pass muster with the fellows at work.

I also agree that the weld should be ground down and blended but not so it doesn't catch you eye as much as your pant leg. The good news is the way it is now gives you a place you hang you aviator goggles when you take them off you 1/2 helmet.

It doesn't work , aren't those 750 CC bore/stroke specs ?

Edit , hell , that would work out close to 800 CCs , seems maybe they don't know what they are talking about

The 1100 bore and stroke = 92x80....... 1000 = 88x78.............. 850 = 83x78

Somebody screwed up.

Lumpy, those welds were the first thing that caught my eye too. Funny you should mention that.

I'm with you, Chuck. I'd rather have the LM3.

Funny, I looked at the welds and thought that they weren't much better than mine.

For me, what ruins it is the lack of fenders. I don't like the fenderless back look, and I personally function over form, especially with the oil cooler sitting right behind the wheel and in the path of flung up stones.

But they all put the coolers up there. many have a small screen for rocks, but that's where they sit. I have a problem with the gap between the body work and the top frame rail. Looks wrong, I noticed the welds also. A rear hugger and small fender, ditch that bugeye light, and some color contrast. But to each their own.

The rear master cylinder with a section of poly hose plugged with a bolt is a classy touch as well. I guess it doesn't need a reservoir.

Well fabricated...it looks like a 24 hour endurance bike. My hands fall asleep just looking at those clip-ons. There are some things about it that look a little "off," but there is a great deal to like as well. It needs development...

You don't need a reservoir. I had something similar on my Honda GP racebikes. they used a nicer looking plug and 2" of tube, but same diff.

I used a dirtbike master on my XS400 when I converted from drum to disk rear brakes. it has a small rear reservoir built in. Dirtbikes use the rear brake way more then roadracers.
