A different direction-

I had Michelin Pilot Power Pure on my Ducati...best dang tire I've ridden.  Won't last long, though.
Now I have Pilot Road 4s on it.  They have good grip and show little wear after 4K miles- but the front is starting to cup just ever so slightly.
The 4’s were the worst for that..
My 5’s have 20,000 on them and are still serviceable.

The Metzeler Tourance Next comes on the non-TT version. https://www.metzeler.com/en-us/products/tires/tourance-next

I don't have enough miles on mine to talk about longevity; seems like a good enough tire, it's black and round and holds air.

For whatever it may be worth, these are so far the best ADV tires I have used over many years on R100GS BMWs.

A (relatively) unbiased and scientific look into the dark side of motorcycle tires. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hEZeR9E3JyY

Spoiler: it DOES work but it's not recommended for many reasons. It's you life...

Thanks- I'll look into them.  Not for the Duc, though- I'm gonna sell that one.  (check the ads soon!)
