A tubeless wheel from a 98-01 EV should swap without issues. The 02 EV was a wider wheel and would need other parts [at least the spacer] to make the swap.
Not true. The EV vs Jackal etc have the same difference as the later EV vs Stone. When you go to mount the EV wheel you will have ~10mm gap where the flange of the wheel meets the rear drive. This is because the rear drive splines stand proud of the seal about that 10mm. The EV rear drive splines are pretty much flush with the seal. The Jackal/Stone wheel has a fatter flange to cover that gap. I found this out when I built wheels for my sidecar rig using Stone hubs and the extra fat flange made the wheel not turn due to interference. Now the front wheel does interchange perfectly, to my knowledge.
