Those carbs look pretty good. Are the slide housings worn? Vapor blasting and new floats, jets and gaskets and maybe you are in business. Then again all of that from Dellorto might cost more than new carbs. I would avoid knockoffs. Best of luck.

i run chinese Vm34 mikuni's on my v65 lario, those work just fine. of course you will spend some time jetting them.if you find manifolds for a guzzi with PHF carbs the mikuni's will simply fit. i never tried with the solid manifolds of the G5, so that might, or might not work
Your VHBs may need new needle jets; they get hogged out by the needle after a while and the result is a too rich mixture. BTDT...Is this what you are experiencing?
