Walk around…? https://youtu.be/W9ulUhJgVwk?feature=shared

When you put a proper headlight on it, and it goes missing, you will find it in my garage.........

I was thinking the other day that being that I turned the V7ii Stornello into a V85 alternative, I should buy a V85 and turn it into a V7 Sport Alternative. Maybe after I sell a couple....... The Stable is over filled.

Is that the one that now has many silver parts instead of black?
Yes.
Engine is next.

Yes.

Silver looks better!

Although some of the off colors like copper, graphite, or a variant of olive green might also look good.  the old Kal-Gard colors come to mind.

I used some of this on a DR650 790cc cylinder.  Just a touch different from the OEM engine color.

Getting the old stuff off is the thing.
I’d like to get it done with dry ice blasting, the CO2 just melts then gasses off.

Also, speaking with Pete Roper today, he enlightened me in a couple of areas regarding boring and stroking small blocks.
The crank will most usually crash into other metal stuff in there and it becomes impossible to control the crankcase presssure via conventional venting etc..
Just a royal PITA and you hit the limit of a whole lot of parameters.

Smallblock motor is at it's end for enlargement but you could charge it w/a blower to blow the heads off!!

If this is in fact real there will be a red one at my house.

If this were a real Moto Guzzi, and not an AI dream bike, it would probably list for $18,000-$24,000.

One could build a similar MC a platform, using an 1100 EV, and adding seats, bars, etc from any past Tonti frame machines. I can’t imagine one would need to spend more than $10,000, to create a very nice one.

Put the V85 motor in a V7. Could easily be tuned to make 100 HP or more as an 850. Not superbike territory but at least be able to keep up with 750 Sportbikes. Just for reference the new Norton Manxman makes 206HP with a 4 cylinder 1200 or 103 HP from 600cc. Likely cut into V100 sales thiugh.
