Quite a few, Kawasaki Zephyr 550 & 1100 being good examples. Not so much on a Triumph 660 Trident, whereas apart from being top heavy, the 900 felt nigh on perfect. My wee V50II is very close and the 750 Breva felt just right, with the low seat option (though 1" risers helped with weight distribution, when two-up).

Rider stature has a lot to do with it, along with expectations of intended use i.e. cruising/"cafe racing"/off-roading etc.

Almost every time

My build is incredibly average and/or my perception is incredibly dull.

It takes me a good 10k miles to really understand a bike anyway but I pretty much love them all when I first sit down.

In recent years I’d say my V85 is in that category. For me, my Norge is about as good, but not better.
My Suzuki GSXR1100 was horrible, but I was a lot younger so it didn’t matter and it had more power than my car.

The missus' year 2000 Laverda 750S Formula fell into that category: you fitted the bike, not the other way around.

The Two best:

My 2013 Victory Hard-Ball. The ergonomics are simply perfect for me as well as the aesthetics, the comfort, the sound and the modified power. It's my motorcycle nirvana.

My 2016 Moto Guzzi Eldorado. A close second to the Victory in all aspects.

They're both lifetime bikes for me. At least I sure hope that's the plan. Not sure what it would take to get me off of either of these bikes. The best thing is, I'm not looking or even considering looking.

Contentment is a very good thing.

2006 R1200GS was this bike for me. Felt like BMW tailored it for me.

I bought a Yamaha Roadstar that was a mechanic special. Once I fixed the carb and took it for a ride, I had that moment. The ergonomics were perfect  with the bars the guy had on it. Seat was nice so no corbin needed.

My oldest brother still has his 1999 Roadstar. Likely over 100K miles on it and it still looks and rides factory fresh. Even the factory leather saddlebags still look great. Those were fantastic motorcycles.

It usually takes me 20 minutes to an hour to see if a seat will be comfortable for my butt and back, however, the first time I sat on a Honda Monkey 125 I could tell that was the most comfortable factory motorcycle seat I'd sat on. Rider triangle worked for me as well at 5' 7". Closest comfort I've found to that stock seat was from the Harley-Davidson Road Zeppelin inflatable factory seats, but I never find factory handlebars to be comfortable on cruiser Harleys.

My Moto Guzzi V7 850 seat isn't good for much more than an hour so I run an AirHawk seat pad on it. I also installed some bar-backs to bring the handlebars a little closer to me so I could manage to be more comfortable while sitting a bit upright while touring.
