We owned a lot of Fiat cars in the 1980’s and 1990’s. 124 Spider, X1/9, 850 Spider, 131 etc. They were all great cars. Plus a Yugo and a Maserati BiTurbo. The BiTurbo was a lousy car unless it was parked or going 100 mph. These days, no Italian cars at all. Fiat has once again mostly left the US and I never cared to own an Alfa Romeo.
20 Years ago I bought Offcamber (Kips) 1982 Alfa Romeo GTV6. I've done some upgrades over the hears including a Milano Verde 3.0 motor, full exhaust, and Bilstein shocks. I'd say Alfa's are very Guzzi like.
Most of my cars have been of the somewhat unusual type.
