6. 1984. Yep, another Goldwing. 1200 cc this time. :)
7. 1998. Honda 1500 Valkerie. Probably the most "fun" motorcycle i've ever owned. ;D
8. 2005.  Honda GL1800A Goldwing, 62K miles. Undoubtably the best 2 up touring motorcycle i've ever owned. ;)
9. CURRANTLY seriously looking for a GUZZI. 8) I'm getting bored with the Wings, ::) & am looking to get back to basics. Always admired the GUZZI cruiser types, 8) not really interested in "sport" or "cafe racer" types. :-X
@ 6'4", 36" inseam,  220# am looking for a GUZZI i won't be cramped on :-\

Hey Dave , I'm 6'2" and 35 inch inseam and am damn comfortable on my Eldorado . Not so on my Griso as knees touch the heads . I had a Norge for a while and my knees were close enough to the heads to make it a bit uncomfortable on a hot day . Never an issue on the Eldo . Your right about the cruiser types being best for long legs . Any model and year would suit along with the Ambassador I guess . Good luck with it .    Steve

Amazing how many people can remember the year of their bikes...I never recorded that but I still recall all the fun I had on them. I wish I had kept one or two but never a Honda owned two and rebuilt three motors. We get all sorts of bike down here..

Some of both.

I loved the looks, sound and handling of the Norton.

Starting it was a bitch (the high-compression kickback nearly ruined my right knee,) and I didn't care for having to pull over every couple of hundred miles to find a rock to pound the exhaust flange back on.

But it was a great ride. If I could have it back, along with a full-time mechanic and parts warehouse to keep it running, I'd do it.

I shouldn't have to explain to a Guzzi owner how a machine with both flaws and character can trump one that lacks either.

i dont really need another bike project, but if i ever find a kawa H2 going for a fair price i am sure i cant resist ....

I learned to ride, when I was working for a defense contractor, Bell Helicopter, in Esfahan, Iran, from 1977-79 .

Plenty of open space outside of the city to learn on two stroke dual purpose bikes, never rode on city streets there .
