Hmmm...Every time I have made a reservation with Dave he has called me back the same day. He just tells me to walk into room so and so and the keys will be on the bed. Then leave a check on the dresser, or if needed he will meet to run a credit card. Just like the old days when business was done with handshake and trusted until proven otherwise.

Laurie and I rented Faith's house last time and had a blast!
Very clean and quiet....as Cedar Vale tends to be!!

Sorry we won't be able to make it this year. Will have to call the Sultan of Cedar Vale during the festivities just to say hi to the gang!!!

Everyone will have fun...Dusty and crew works very hard to make sure a good time is had by all.

Thanks for all your hard work. This is a great place to hold a great Guzzi rally!!!

We will have an auction again this year on Saturday evening before we award the raffle bike , so get that thing stuck in the closet for the last 5 years, we'll sell it to another unsuspecting attendee who can put it in their closet

Dusty, my friend Phil Schreck from Tulsa will be joining me at the motel to share my double room. It feels a little weird to have no direct contact with the motel or its owner. Now there are two of us depending on this arrangement. It's okay, right?

Yes , it's okay Maynard , but to put your mind at rest I'll make a couple of phone calls .

The guy who owns the motel is also the guy who maintains the electric service in that county , sometimes he is just very busy .

Waiting for the ex-mayor to catch up with the motel owner , but trust me , we go thru this every year , Cowboy David (owner) just does things at his own pace , but there has never been a problem .

No problem at all. When Laurie and I stayed there a few years ago we decided to leave a day early because of time constraints and he told us no problem...just leave the keys in the microwave and leave the door unlocked!

Quite different than anywhere else we've stayed....

Enjoy the rally..wish we could be there!!!
