New Moto Guzzi Door Mats Available Now
There is a strict procedure and a couple of important details that must be observed when servicing the throttle bodies. You might want to search for that on here or maybe read through this:http://wildguzzi.com/forum/index.php?topic=69168.0GuzziDIAG tutorialBTW what year is your Norge?Hunter
It's 2014. I've read the tutorial and it should be a simple procedure. I'll check it out again to see if I missed something.
Knowledge is power! Are you syncing at a particular RPM? Be aware that "spot on" at a given speed might drift one way or the other at other speeds. In most cases it's a matter of getting it close over a good range. I try to get it closest where I ride the most, around 4000, so as not to hammer me on the highway. I use a MagneHelic differential gauge that shows 0 in the center of the dial as perfect balance and swings to the side with the higher pressure if out of balance. I ride the bike with it connected so I can balance it under load. So smoooooooth. ;D I don't know your experience level so forgive me if this is all old news!
I would check the valve clearance at this point unless it has already been done. In which case I would check the valve clearance anyway.
