Just like last year, we had a number of "NON-Guzzi" brands show up as well in Cottonwood! :1:

I see Richard and Fay showed.  He didn't ride his Cali 1400 Touring, rather showed on his V7II.  Both bikes are fun to ride but Fay's Scout is a very cool bike.  I killed a mouse coming off of South Mtn.    Couldn't avoid it.

Had a good time @ this Not a Rally  and made new friends this weekend.  Weather was perfect Friday & Saturday, but was 60F when I left Sunday @ 8:30 am and got home to Kingman @ 12:30 pm after stopping for breakfast @ Seligman.  Wanted to stop for food sooner but it was hard to spot a café from the road or they were under construction.    It was cool the whole way and I didn't expect that(light clothes) so by the time I got to Seligman where it was sprinkling I needed some coffee & carbos to warm up.    The Roadkill restaurant did just that and as soon as I left there the sprinkles quit.  As I got closer to our place (3,500') it was  5F warmer and all was good.    Being on the Convert. with it's 6.6 gal. tank and riding 180 miles I still had plenty of gas left.    Met a lot of fellow Vietnam vet Guzzi riders this weekend.

Had a great time and was finally able to put faces to many of the names I've seen here for years.  Learned a lot and saw some pretty cool stuff, including the flamingos and some really nice Guzzis.  Hmmm, Bradshaw Ranch???

I'll have to do this again next year.

The weather was great overall...a little windy Saturday, but no complaints!  

Good to see some familiar faces and some new ones as well.  God willing, we will do it all again next year!

The next big GUZZI event the 3rd week in August and many of us from AZ and the Valley will ride there!

This was my first trip to the NAR in Cottonwood.  I have to say this was is a great group of people and I enjoyed meeting people from this forum.  Thanks to the guys that organized this, you did a great job.

I was thinking how cool it would be to get the 65 Cedar Vale attendees and our 30+ Cottonwood attendees and meet somewhere in between Cottonwood and Cedar Vale for a huge "joint" N.A.R. in 2018? :1:

Another option....I just looked at the map...and about half-way in between Flagstaff, AZ and Wichita, KS is "Pueblo, CO"...how cool would that be for a combined N.A.R. 2018?!? 

Just need to find host hotel / motel that has about 50+ rooms (minimum) and a campground close by... :1:
