Quite a few, Kawasaki Zephyr 550 & 1100 being good examples. Not so much on a Triumph 660 Trident, whereas apart from being top heavy, the 900 felt nigh on perfect. My wee V50II is very close and the 750 Breva felt just right, with the low seat option (though 1" risers helped with weight distribution, when two-up).

Rider stature has a lot to do with it, along with expectations of intended use i.e. cruising/"cafe racing"/off-roading etc.

Almost every time

My build is incredibly average and/or my perception is incredibly dull.

It takes me a good 10k miles to really understand a bike anyway but I pretty much love them all when I first sit down.

In recent years I’d say my V85 is in that category. For me, my Norge is about as good, but not better.
My Suzuki GSXR1100 was horrible, but I was a lot younger so it didn’t matter and it had more power than my car.

The missus' year 2000 Laverda 750S Formula fell into that category: you fitted the bike, not the other way around.

The Two best:

My 2013 Victory Hard-Ball. The ergonomics are simply perfect for me as well as the aesthetics, the comfort, the sound and the modified power. It's my motorcycle nirvana.

My 2016 Moto Guzzi Eldorado. A close second to the Victory in all aspects.

They're both lifetime bikes for me. At least I sure hope that's the plan. Not sure what it would take to get me off of either of these bikes. The best thing is, I'm not looking or even considering looking.

2006 R1200GS was this bike for me. Felt like BMW tailored it for me.

I bought a Yamaha Roadstar that was a mechanic special. Once I fixed the carb and took it for a ride, I had that moment. The ergonomics were perfect  with the bars the guy had on it. Seat was nice so no corbin needed.

My oldest brother still has his 1999 Roadstar. Likely over 100K miles on it and it still looks and rides factory fresh. Even the factory leather saddlebags still look great. Those were fantastic motorcycles.

It usually takes me 20 minutes to an hour to see if a seat will be comfortable for my butt and back, however, the first time I sat on a Honda Monkey 125 I could tell that was the most comfortable factory motorcycle seat I'd sat on. Rider triangle worked for me as well at 5' 7". Closest comfort I've found to that stock seat was from the Harley-Davidson Road Zeppelin inflatable factory seats, but I never find factory handlebars to be comfortable on cruiser Harleys.

My Moto Guzzi V7 850 seat isn't good for much more than an hour so I run an AirHawk seat pad on it. I also installed some bar-backs to bring the handlebars a little closer to me so I could manage to be more comfortable while sitting a bit upright while touring.

For me "most comfortable" changes based on the use of the bike.  For example, my '21 v7 850 Special is "most comfortable" for general riding.  In another case, my Ducati 916/999 were the most comfortable for what I did on them.  Depends on what I'm doing.  My BMW R9T is not comfortable doing anything for more than maybe an hour - even with an airHawk seat.  My BMW R1200RS had that "perfect feel" in the showroom when I sat on it/bought it but it didn't translate to the same satisfaction on the road - huge amount of helmet buffeting even after trying 3 different screens and a screen extension.  My Norton Commando is quite comfortable though not as comfortable as my V7.

The Deauville was not comfy to ride due to handlebar vibrations, turbulence being the screen and a seat that would give pain after a couple of hours, but the instant interface was brilliant. My Roamer is tolerable in the shop, but not good on the road. Bars too wide and tall, seat about as comfy as a 2x6, and feet waaaaay too far forward.

I'm used to conforming to a bike. I can only think of two bikes I've owned that "just fit" perfectly out of the box. The first is the Griso 1100. First time I rode one, I felt perfection with no changes needed. The second was the first Gen Suzuki GSX1300r I briefly owned. The seating position was spot on and the seat was great.

1996 FLTCHUI, bought in 2005 with 1200 miles on it. My '78 DT 400 was also excellent!

Older bikes fell to hand (and feet) much easier than most modern units I have tried. These days, mostly dual sport bikes fit my triangle if I use bar backs and provide a place to move my feet forward for short circulation breaks. I fluff the seat out with sheepskin and cabbie beads to fit the old keester. I have found even Bonnevilles and BMW K bikes to be a cramped fit these days. My 350 Meteor with barbacks,  heel toe shifter and mini floorboards is comfy for the shorter rides I do lately. I always felt good on a Guzzi G-5 or Cal III, but they are too ponderous now for me.

The 97 BMW R11RS I had, it was great you could adjust the handlebars, foot pegs and seat height.

I find that the majority of motorcycles (that are not sport bikes) have the foot pegs set too far forward, and the handlebars bent too much back for me. I prefer handlebars to be pretty straight seem from the top, and my heels to sit under my hip. This is a pic I found online of a bloke on the same model Deauville I had. Love his riding gear for optimum safety

I once rode a buddy's Victory Gunner. It just fit. Rode nice, sounded great, plenty of power.

I agree.  The Versys just fits.   5'11"/30 inch inseam.  I have no desire to own one, but if I was younger and wanted a mile muncher
that would be an option, although I have never owned an inline 4 (everything else).

Did a demo ride on a Triumph T-120.  It felt like I'd been riding it for decades.  More a feeling of familiarity than physical comfort.   

No surprise since my first street bike was a CB400T, then a Suzuki GT380.

I had a T120, the ergos were excellent, however the seat was a torture device. The factory comfort seat is quite good. I could ride for hours on it.

My previous V85TT was probably the most comfortable bike, only had it for just over a year.
